McAree Engineering has been designing and manufacturing V-Mac Silos for the Agricultural, Biomass, Plastics and Waste Water Treatment sectors for over 50 years.
It was founded in 1947 by Vincent McAree at Ballinode, County Monaghan to repair and manufacture agricultural implements. In 1969 the company moved into the more specialized area of sheet metal fabrication.
In 1978 the company introduced its range of spiral duct tubing and in the mid 1980’s commenced the supply of sheet metal components to local and multinational companies.
The company now has one of the most modern sheet metal manufacturing facilities in Europe and the emphasis is on product quality and customer service.
