Constructed out of double sided, flat wall panels the design allows for a configuration that fits any space and optimizes the storage space available. The panels, roofs and outlet hoppers are manufactured offsite, so Site work can be limited to bolting the panels together. We have designed a simple platform system that ensures assembly work is carried out safely.

Standard Panels are either 600mm or 1200mm high by 2300mm, 3000mm or 4000m long made out of 2 & 3mm mild steel with 4mm reinforced channels in between. Corners are tapered and Button head bolts are used throughout to opti- mize product flow.

Roof panels are fully customizable and can be fitted with level indicators, dust extraction and conveyor openings Outlet hopers can be custom designed to suit your individual requirements and offsite manufacture will aid installation timings. We can also design pneumatic slides to opening and closing the outlets.

Cone angle depends on space but standard design is a 55o one way and 90o on the other. McAree Engineering can design the structural steel support structure and ensure a made to measure fit. Our inhouse Wet spray capability en- sures that every element of the Silos is superbly painted to your colour and specification.
